We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item for a full refund.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at aimangoods19@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We will send you a return shipping label.

4. Pack the product securely with all original accessories and packaging.

5. Send it back to us using the provided label.

6. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been used or damaged.

• Products missing original parts or accessories.

• Products purchased on sale or clearance.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

• If you paid with a credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your account.

• If you paid with bank transfer or other local payment methods in Pakistan, the refund will be sent to your account.
